Q1: Why Bluetooth audio adapter LE502 is not recognized as a BT device by my PC?
A1: This Bluetooth adapter is specifically only for audio-based Bluetooth devices instead of a Bluetooth device. It can not be recognized as a Bluetooth device.
Q2: How to connect the Bluetooth headset?
A2: For Windows 10 PC, Please go: Settings>Audio Devices>Input Device, please choose "USB headset (LE502)" Output Device.
Q3: What if the sound quality is dull and muffled when you use headphones to listen to music?
A3: The Bluetooth audio adapter is in "Handsfree/Call mode".(the LED indicator flashes Blue quickly). Simply turn off the LE502's microphone input in the computer's audio settings, and the Bluetooth connection will switch to "A2DP mode" for high-resolution sound quality.
