Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at CNTRONIC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
You may request a return within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to return a product
- Take clear photos or videos of the product issue. At least one photo must show the shipping label.
- Send the photos/videos along with your order details to info@cntronic.com.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us within 15 days after approval. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
- Once our warehouse confirms receipt of the item in good condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The return request is made more than 15 days after delivery.
- The item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- The return shipment is lost or damaged due to the customer’s chosen shipping method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us at info@cntronic.com.
