1: How to make payment?

If you choose Cntronic Standard Shipping, it's normally takes 15-25days for delivery .

If you choose DHL, UPS,the shipment normally takes 3-7days to delivered, some countries takes 4-8days.

All Parcels have tracking number.

Note: If your address is Remote in DHL office, We will leave message to ask you to pay 38usd remote fee
or change to registered airmail parcel without add money also we will refund the extra DHL fee you paid.
Or you may have to cancel your order, or change another address which is not remote in DHL system.

4: Why I have to pay customs fees(TAX)?

According to Cntronic Rules, buyer has duty to pay customs fees in parcel destination country.

5: What's your guarantee? And the return cost?

We always offer 12months guarantee. If you bought the: Service: repair warranty (5% fee on the order amount),
you can get free repair warranty in your local country directly.

If tried every method we offer you still cannot solve the problem,we may have to do replacement.
Please send the defective item back to us via your local post office airmail parcel, when we receive it,
we will send you a new one immediately.we will give your some discount for your next order or
send your randomly gift to reduce your return cost,please kind understand.

Order cancellation
