A. In case of the NAS is not found in the network the first time the NAS is set up, please check the following:
1. The NAS is in the same network segment with your computer;
2. If VPN is enabled on your computer, please disable it try again;
3. Power on the NAS without hard drives and wait for about 2 minutes and search the NAS IP by TNAS PC.
B. To ensure stability and better performance, dedicated NAS hard drives are recommended
