2. When you receive the printer, please print the original picture first to check the color settings of the printer and the ink out of the ink cartridge.
The ink cartridge adopts three-color thermal inkjet technology, and the nozzle will be clogged if it is not used for a long time. If the printing situation does not improve or the improvement is not obvious, please soak the ink cartridge nozzle in hot water for 10~30 seconds before continuing to print.
3. When you print customized content, please save the customized content before printing.
4.When you print on non-absorbent materials, such as plastic, glass, metal, etc., you need to purchase additional coating.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
