4. We will arrange transportation within 3 working days after receipt of payment verification (excluding weekends and holidays). Before payment, please make sure your receipt information is correct. Once the package is sent, no information can be modified.

Controller board kit installation steps:
1. Take away the old screen cable from the LCD panel.
2. Connect the new screen cable to your LCD panel. (Note the connector contact direction)
3. Connect the controller board to the PC with HDMI or VGA signal cable.
4. Input power DC 12V 3A. (Please use the standard LCD screen power supply, other power input may not boot normally)
5. After all finishing the connecting, please do not rush to power on! No metal contact is allowed when powering on the controller board, otherwise short circuit may occur, which may cause unavailability of the controller board.

Language Settings:
1. Use "MENU" on the remote control to enter the setup menu.
2. Use the left key or the right key to move to "设置".
3. In the first item "菜单语言", use the left key or the right key to select the language and confirm.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
