A. The best way is to remove the screen before purchase. The part number will be on the back of the screen. Search our shop for that part number or email us and we will be happy to tell you.

Q. I've heard that there are some problems with Dell screens not working?
A. Dell screens are different to normal panels. DO NOT order your Dell screen by part number. Even the exact part number will normally not work. Search our shop for your laptop model and purchase that way. This way we can be sure to send you a fully compatible Dell screen. If your not sure please email us for help.
Q. I have ordered the part but no longer need it.
A. You can return the part within 30 days of receipt for refund.
Return Policy
* All items can be returned within 7 days after receiving the package for refund (via PayPal), if the package is not opened. Buyer needs to be responsible for two-way shipping fee.
* All returned products must be in original condition, any used item will not be eligible for refund and exchange.
* The 20% re-stocking fee of original item cost will be applied for all non-defective, screen not used, screen not need, and wrong screen, order return or exchange.
* A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all return. Without RMA number the return will not be accepted.
