FAQ
1. Why can't some barcodes be read?
This product can read all common 1D and 2D barcodes (see parameters for details). Some unused barcodes may need to be turned on before they can be read.
When the barcode is severely damaged and very obscure, sometimes it cannot be read.
If you do not understand or confirm, please feel free to contact us. We can provide you with professional services.
2. Can I add or remove Enter and suffix?
All our products support commonly used barcode functions, including line feed, suffix, storage mode, etc. We can also provide customized services, including functionality and appearance.
3. What should I do if garbled characters appear?
This is because the language of the barcode scanner and the keyboard language do not match. Generally, we will set the corresponding language according to the customer's address before shipping, so there is no need to set it again. If this still occurs, please contact us, we will provide you with the corresponding setting barcode.
4. What should I do if the data is not uploaded? ,
a. First confirm that the terminal and interface are in normal use, you can replace other devices for testing.
b. Because the barcode scanner and keyboard and mouse are both input devices, they are also driven by USB. If the terminal cannot use the mouse and keyboard normally, there will be no data upload.
c. Confirm whether the barcode scanner has other settings, such as storage mode, virtual serial port mode, etc. Please restore the factory settings before testing.
d. If the wireless mode does not upload, it may be disconnected and need to be paired again.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
