Why does the controller with the red light have no response, while the controller with the green light works?
The controller with the green light is the primary controller, which can operate in the menu interface. The controller with the red light is the secondary controller and can only function within the game.
Q:Why is one of the controllers not functioning after connecting?
A:If the console you purchased is the 128GB version, after connecting the controllers, the LED indicators on both controllers will display blue and red, and both controllers can operate on the startup screen.
If the console is the 64GB version, after connecting the controllers, the LED indicators will display green and red. Only the green controller can operate on the startup screen, while the red one cannot. However, once you enter the game menu screen, both controllers can be used.
