1. Why SATA SSD is not recognised after installation?
When you use SSD for the first time, you need to format and partition it first. You can format and partition the SSD using "Disk Management Tool" and then use it in "Windows Explorer".
2. How can I know if the product is compatible with my computer?
For a 2.5" SATA SSD, as long as your computer has a "SATA interface" or has previously used a mechanical/hybrid/solid state drive with that interface, you can use this SSD.
3. Can this drive be used in an external hard drive as a game drive/game storage/game installation?
Yes, it is compatible. It can be used as an external hard drive and is compatible with PS4. It can be used for casual game installations, storing game libraries and game drives.
4. How do I copy the system/files from my old hard drive to my new hard drive to upgrade my computer?
It's a lot easier if your device has two sata ports. If you only have one hard drive port, you will need to use an extra "usb to sata adapter", for detailed upgrade method, you can go to ”YouTube“ and search for "How to Clone a Hard Drive or SSD in Windows (Keep All Files & Apps)".
