Warranty and Guarantee
We promise all the products sold in our store are brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. There is 12 months warranty since the day purchased. We have a complete engineering facility for battery pack testing. All the items have been checked before sending out. 


Return:

1.If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, Please contact me before you return it.items returned must be in the same condition as received and in original packaging with all original package content. customer must pay the return freight. On items that were purchased with free shipping , we will deduct our shipping costs from your refund amount.

2.We would bear the cost for technicians at our facility to repair/replace any items presented to us within warranty period(Determined to be defective by our technicians); while customer will be responsible for round-way shipping charges of sending their products to the repair place and return.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
