3-step easy assembly
Step 1
Open the printer's paper tray cover.
Step 2
Place the photo paper into the printer with the barcode on the orange calibration card facing down.
(We recommended loading a full pack each time. The orange calibration card must be at the bottom.)
Step 3
Close the printer's paper tray cover.
Notes:
*15-second AR photos refer to videos up to 15 seconds long that can be stored on the cloud.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
