Q：Why doesn't the picture show when the AV cable is plugged into the TV?
A：You have to connect the AV cable of the corresponding color to the AV hole of the same color when you connect the AV cable to TV, otherwise there is no image on your TV. And please carefully check have you select correct AV signal source? otherwise will also no image on TV.
Q：Why does the console light up red but doesn't turn on the screen?
A：First please check if the the game console fully charged or not? and then check if SD insert properly or not? otherwise the console won't turn on. If SD card insert properly but still can't turn on, please contact us to get game backup to replace, then it will be ok. If you have any questions, please contact me in time and I will solve the problem for you as soon as possible!
