Q1. My computer does not have a CD-ROM, how should I install the driver?

or provide your email to Customer Service and we will send to you.


Q2. Does it supports linux?

A: This adapter supports some of the linux system, but at present we only provide driver for Windows 10/11, you need to find compatible linux driver by yourself. We do not provide after-sales service for linux system, hope you can understand.


Q3. Can I use it with power bank or power plug?

A: No, this is a USB WiFi Adapter, not a USB repeater, and it can only be used on a Laptop or Desktop.


Q4. Why is the adapter can be not recognized when plugged in my computer?

A: Please check if the adapter is plugged in correctly, or change to another USB port (Recommend the USB port on the back of the chassis)


Q5. Why doesn't the power light of the adapter turn on when I plug it into the laptop?

A: The power light will light up only after the driver is successfully installed. You can download the driver from Comfast official Website or contact Customer service.


Q6.What should I do if the internet speed is slower than expected?

② Manually adjust different channels for your router to find out the best channel to minimize interference.
Q7. I can detect WiFi signal, but cannot connect to it successfully?

③ Check if the DHCP function of the router is enabled. Otherwise, the WiFi adapter will not be able to obtain an IP address and connect to the Internet.
