Q: How long can the reminder last from its battery?
①When the distance between the anti-lost device and the mobile phone is greater than the safe distance, the two-way call alarm will sound.
② One-key search function: click the search key (mobile phone or anti-lost device) to be searched and an alarm tone will sound. The open environment distance is about 30M, and the indoor environment distance is about 10M. There is a "beep " sound when disconnecting the Bluetooth link.

Q:How far will the product work?
The outdoor open environment is about 30M, and the indoor environment is 10M; but if there are more obstacles, the range will be shortened accordingly;
Q: Why does the anti-lost device/mobile phone ring in the short-range inexplicably? Or it prompts disconnection within the range. Is this normal?
The connection may be unstable due to the unstable Bluetooth signal and external electronic interference, and the two-way reminder will be initiated;
Q: Why can't I connect to the mobile phone? The phone did not display any reminders.
In this case, the Bluetooth connection of the mobile phone may be blocked.
