Q: How to turn on & off Pencil, how to connect bluetooth?
A: Stick it on the side of the iPad and turn it on. If there is no operation, it will automatically shut down after 15-20 minutes. Find "Aieach Pencil" in the Bluetooth list and click to connect.
Q: Bluetooth is connected, but the real-time power is not displayed?
A: Swipe the screen to the right on the home page to the widget interface, click "Edit" - "Battery", and add the battery component to display the real-time power & charging status of the Pencil.
Q: Every time the pencil is attached to the side, will a pop-up window be displayed?
A: Yes, the pop-up window will be triggered when the Pencil is attached to the side of the iPad for charging. This is normal. Press and hold the pop-up window and slide up to close the pop-up window.
Q: Why do I go back to the "task management interface" or "home page" when using the pencil? ,
A: The pencil has two shortcut functions. On the plane of the pencil, the tip of the pen is about 3cm upward, and the shortcut function will appear after tapping twice or three times.
Q: There is a pop-up window when the pencil is connected, how to cancel it?
A: When the pencil is opened, it will trigger the pop-up window display of the system, which is a normal phenomenon. Long press the pop-up window and swipe up to cancel the pop-up window.
Q: What system version of iPad does Pencil support?
A: It must be iOS12.2 or above.
Q: Can't write with pencil and fingers?
A: please modify your device setting as follows : (Settings>Apple Pencil>Turn off the Apple pencil) or (Settings>Notes>Turn off ''Only draw with Apple Pencil) or (Settings>Apple Pencil>Turn off ''Only draw with Apple Pencil (iOS 14))
Q: Why can't the pencil and the original Apple Pencil be connected at the same time?
A: Connecting with Apple Pencil at the same time will make the pencil unusable, please do not connect with the original Apple Pencil.
Q: Does the pencil have pressure sensitivity?
A: Pencils are tilt-sensitive, not pressure-sensitive. Pencils will have different thickness strokes when tilted.
