1.Q: Is there a Hebrew keyboard?
A: Yes, we support custom languages including Hebrew, Russian, French, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and other keyboards. The default keyboard is English, if you need to change the keyboard, you can contact customer service.
2. Q: When will my package be shipped?
A: Generally, it will be shipped within 48 hours, and the longest is no more than 5 days; when the package is sent out, it will be collected, and there will be no package information for a period of time, but this is normal;
3. Q: Is this product available in our language?

4. Q: After the package is purchased, why is there no logistics information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
