Mainboard have been burned the Bootloader and programed the firmware, the serial number is also in the package.(If you need to program the callsign into the firmware, please leave us a message in advance.)

1. Please note that it is for Lo, Hi and Classic bands. If there is no note, it does not matter. You can adjust menu 8.7 to select appropriate bands after you get the package.

Hello, if you want to reprogram/upgrade the firmware (or program your callsign to the firmware), you need to follow these steps :

①Download the firmware https://dl2man.de/3b-trusdx-firmware.

②Enter the serial number (the serial number on the anti-static bag) and download the firmware.

③ Install the USB Driver for the CH340 driver and AVR-Dudess software (if the computer prompts that the AVR-Dudess cannot be installed), please use another computer to install it.

④Restart the computer and use USB cable to connect the mainboard (the computer will make a ding-dong sound at this time, indicating that the CH340 driver software has been installed successfully. If not, it may be that the USB cable has no data transmission function, try to use another USB data cable).

⑤ Open the AVR-Dudess software, and then program the firmware. Please follow the position circled in the picture below, set up the software, and then program.Opening Device Manager under Windows will show the assigned COM-Port(first image below)

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
