FAQ for XP-Pen Tablets connecting Android Phones and Tablets
1. With the tablet connected to your Android phone or tablet, please make it works in vertical screen mode.
If there is any problem with your android device connecting to the XP-Pen product (such as the stylus and the cursor found in different directions ), please contact us to help solve your problem.
2. Not all Android devices can support XP-Pen tablet. Currently it is known that the following Android Phones/Tablets cannot work properly with our tablets:
( Nexus 6 /Google, Samsung Galaxy S6 /S7/Tab S2/S8/Note 4/ Note 8/Note 9 )
3. When the battery of your Android phone or tablet is running low, your tablet may not work properly. So please ensure your Android device got enough power to run normally.
4. When your Android phone or tablet enters into standby mode and you cannot use the pen to control the cursor to wake it up, please unplug and replug the USB cable.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
