Because the watch's Bluetooth "Y33" (or "G35") is automatically connected to the Bluetooth in the phone's Settings, the APP cannot find the watch device. You need to turn on the phone's Bluetooth, disconnect the phone from the "Y33" (or "G35") Bluetooth connection, ignore the Bluetooth "Y33" (or "G35"), and then reconnect the watch in the APP "Fitcloud Pro".
