1. Waterproof housing can't be used for hot water.
2. Waterproof housing is suitable for outdoor rafting, swimming, beach playing and ordinary diving, but not recommended when diving into more than 30m of water depth.
3. As the water temperature is low then camera temperature, the fog inside is a normal.
(You can use anti fog drying inserts, use in cold or humid climates to avoid excess moisture building up on your lens and inside the camera.)

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
