Fast Cooling & Easy Usage
The open-type cooling ensures a larger contact area with cold water, effectively dropping the temperature. It is hassle-free to connect the silicone water pipes to the water inlet & outlet and the stainless liquor pipe to the liquor outlet. An additional submersible pump accelerates water flow and enhances cold water circulation.
User-Friendly Details
During the fermentation process, the thermometer (0-150℃) allows you to observe the real-time wine temperature, and the one-way evacuation valve releases gas quickly. The arched lid makes steam rise more efficiently and smoothly. The silicone sealing ring, together with 4 stainless buckles, perfectly fits the lid and enhances the airtightness. The loop handles on both sides make it convenient to lift and transport.

All the parts coming into contact with food ingredients, water, and liquors adopt 304 stainless steel, durable to use and easy to clean. It can distill about 16.5 lbs/7.5 kg raw materials at one time and produce 11 lbs/5 kg liquors (alcohol content: 50%), perfectly meeting the demand of family or friend gatherings.
