Notice (This is very important):

· If the product doesn't work, you can visit the official website of your laptop, update the BIOS and graphics driver. Then keep the adapter connecting with your devices, and restart your devices.
· If the resolution of your laptop is higher than the external monitor, please go to Setting --> Display --> Advanced Display Settings, set your laptop's resolution same as or lower the resolution of the external monitor.
· Please note: This hub will automatically match your laptop/smartphone after plugged within 30 seconds, please do not move the hub, HDMI-compatible cable and laptop/smartphone in this time.
· DO NOT connect other adapters/converters to this adapter for a second signal convert, we can't guarantee it works well.
· USB-C female connector only supports charging your USB-C host device, do not support data transfer or rapid charging.
· 4K resolution requires a 4K equipped source, HDMI-compatible V2.0 cable and output display.
· This isn't a bi-directional adapter. Can only convert signal from USB-C male to HDMI-compatible/USB3.0/PD port.
· If you are in wireless network zone, please switch to 5Ghz transmission signal if your router/Wi-Fi supports. 2.4Ghz signal may have conflict with the adapter.
· It can support Samsung DeX Mode if your Samsung cellphone's system is One UI. Please supply power for your Samsung cellphone via the USB-C female port of the adapter, Samsung DeX Mode will work.
· For some devices which are compatible with this hub's HDMI-compatible port, the USB 3.0 port sometimes cannot work normally. This problem is caused by the incompatibility of the system, not by the product itself.
· Data transfer speeds can vary among different USB devices and system configuration.
· During using, the adapter housing will be a little fever, it is normal.
· Make sure the connection is stable and do not touch the connector when using the adapter.
· Disconnecting the power delivery (USB-C female port of the adapter) will disturb the HDMI-compatible function, the HDMI-compatible function will reconnect automatically in 10 seconds, don't worry.
· If the power delivery function fails to respond, please keep the charging cable connecting with the adapter (the USB-C female port), then reconnect the adapter to your laptop/phone.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
