Programming instructions for the universal TV Box remote control to operate the TV:
Under the (light gray) power key in the 'TV CONTROL' section there is a (red) LED which indicates the operating mode of the universal remote control.

1. Place the remote controls, programmed (AB) and original from the TV set (TV), as close as possible and opposite to each other (eg on a table).

2. Press and hold the power key on the remote control (AB) in the 'TV CONTROL' section, the LED will flash quickly, after about 6 seconds it will be on steadily - it means the remote has entered the learning mode.

3. Press the key on the remote control (AB) in the 'TV CONTROL' section that you want to program - the LED will start flashing (the remote is ready to learn).

4. Within 3 seconds, press the remote control button (TV), the function of which you want to assign to the selected remote control button (AB). After the LED flashes three times, it will light up permanently, which means that the key has been programmed.

5. If you want to program other keys in this section of the remote control (AB), repeat steps 3-4 again.

6. Press the 'Ok' button on the Remote Control (AB) to confirm and finish programming.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
