Product introduction:
The hydraulic straight-pressing noodle machine (rough noodle machine) is a motor-driven oil pump that processes noodles, noodles, and potato flour. The machine has a small size, high production efficiency, easy to move, easy to clean, the machine uses a 220V single-phase motor, suitable for collective canteens, restaurants and small vermicelli processing plants, improve the work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
Structure and working principle:
The machine is composed of motor, gear oil pump, hydraulic cylinder, manual valve, relief valve, surface tube, hopper, and other parts. During the work, the fabric is filled into the surface tube, the motor drives the hydraulic cylinder to press down, and the fabric is pushed through the mold. Extruded by the mold.
Use requirements and precautions:
1. The single-phase motor will generate static electricity during the movement. Before using this machine, it should be grounded.
2. Before each power-on, check all parts of the screws should be tightened, loosening is not allowed.
3, hopper should be installed in place, connecting nuts, nuts should be tightened, no loosening.
4. The electrical components of the power supply, wires, and plugs should be free of any damage or leakage, and should not be turned on before inspection.
5, after boot:
(1) The hydraulic cylinder should operate in the indicated direction.
(2) The machine operates smoothly without any abnormalities.
(3) Cut the live dough into pieces of suitable size for use.
(4) When filling, the hand must not reach too deep to prevent pressure on the hand.
(5) The starch of processed flour or starch noodles should be evenly mixed according to the matching requirements. It is not allowed to fill dry flour into the doughnut to prevent the plugging hole from causing the machine to run overloaded, damage the machine parts or burn out the motor. Turn off the power switch promptly after completion to avoid prolonged idling.
