The screw antrum is the core technology of one oil press.
The screw antrum get several technical improvements with the material and manufacturing methods, till now the perfect quality.
It can works for almost all kinds of seeds, whether it is soft or hard, can get the highest oil extraction rate.

The screw antrum have 3 parts

Different part has the different wear-resistant materials inside, it can works for very hard materials.
Differant part has the different shape inside for high oil extraction rate. 
The different parts are welded together by plasma welding, it can works more than 10 years.
With this patented screw antrum, we can get 400g oil from 1000g peanut.

The entrance of the screw antrum is big enough to press many materials

There are 4 screws to fix the screw antrum, no loose, no shift, then can get 10 years lifespan.

You can clean the screw antrum after removing this 4 screws, very easy, even no need to clean, there is no difficult place to clean. We give up the design of fixing thescrew antrumby bolt. As you know, the bolt need large enough space. If the space is small and the oil go inside, the bolt will be tightly sticked and can not be pulled out. If the space is large enough, it will get loose, loose is not good for high precision. And it is very difficult to clean the screw antrum with bolt.
The Unique plane bearing is used to eliminate the recoil of the screw. As you know, when the screw press the materials, it will get great recoil. If the recoil pass to the motor's rotating shaft directly, the lifespan of the motor will be shorten greatly. The unique plane bearing can keep the 10 years lifespan for the (oil press, small seeds oil extractor) machine.

How to choice them?

If need to press hard material that have not been roasted, such as Camellia seeds, please choice EXTRA CZR309.
If need to press very hard material, such as kiwi seed, please choice CZR309.
If need to press middle hard material, such as safflower seed or hemp seed, please choice CZR109.
If only need to press peanut or seasame, please choice CZR108.

What is cold pressed oil?

1, the material is not roasted;
2, the temperature is less than 60°C/140°F;
3, without any chemical reaction, only the physical effects.

Could this machine works for the coconut oil?

1, yes, complete cold press, no roaster, no heater, the temperature is 22°C/71.6°F when the room temperature is 20°C/68°F, can get 55g oil from 110g coconut flakes (the test result, it's for reference);
2, and the coconut must be the dry chips or flakes, the dimension much better be less than 1*1cm. 

Could this machine works for the olive oil?

Dear friend, for the olive oil, it is really not suitable. It is very trouble, just like following two ways:
1, press the dry olive-means no water inside, and must take out the stone first, then can get olive oil from this machine;
2, press the fresh fruit of olive without the stone, we can get the olive paste, and use another machine to get the olive oil.
Except the olive, this machine is perfect for getting the plant seeds oil.
