1. What is the compatible memory card capacity?
It supports memory cards up to 128GB. It is also compatible with 32GB and 64GB memory cards. If you need to shoot 4K video. We recommend using a U3 speed memory card. We can provide a very compatible memory card if you need it.
3. Is there warranty support?
It supports a one-year warranty. But you have to give this camera back to China. Accessories and batteries are not warranted.
4. Is firmware upgrade supported?
It supports firmware upgrade. When you need to upgrade the firmware. Please provide the current camera firmware version number. We will provide matching latest firmware version for you.
5. Do all options include cameras?
All options on this link include camera. Different options are just different accessories, so their prices are different. You will get this option in the picture.
6. How long does it take to charge to 100%?
Charging takes 3 hours. We recommend that you purchase an option that includes dual charging. Or buy a dual charger separately to charge the battery. If you charge directly with the camera. This affects camera and battery life.
7. How long can I shoot with a full charge?
At 100% charge. It can usually record about 60 minutes of 4K@60FPS video. 90 minutes of recording at 1080P@30FPS.

All SJCAM cameras are backed by a one-year warranty. Counted from the delivery of the package. We support 7 days no reason to return. Buyer bears shipping costs. If the package is delivered more than 7 days, your SJCAM camera needs warranty service. Please return this camera only. No need to send other accessories. Shipping via local post office. when you send the camera. Please provide the post office tracking number. You need to pay the shipping cost to China.
