We do not pre install the system and games in the SD card. You need to donnload them by yourself.

Can I install both 4 piece of heatsink on Raspberry Pi?
Yes, you can install both 4 piece of heatsinks on the Raspberry Pi 4. This ABS case remain all posistion for them.
How to choose the power plug?
You can leave a message for the power plug you want in payment page "message for seller" - when you get in the page payment, you will see there is a position can input the words.
