If you get a bubble at a corner, then you might have misaligned and corner it resting on edge of escutcheon. Lift edge slowly with one of the plastic films you peeled off the glass and reposition. Any other bubble is 99% probably due to a dust mote or lint. Lift the glass and press a post-it (sticky portion) against the cover sticky side to pull off the most, wipe the screen again with the alcohol wipe, then reposition.
