When you open it with Y screwdriver.
Please hold the joy con by one hand and make sure the screwdriver 90 degrees vertically to the shell with another hand.
Then you press down a little bit and feel the screws and then gently takes the screws out.
If still you broke the screws by accident, pls use the back up screws we sent you)

The analog stick was tested each one by one before shipping.
Before you start to replace ,please better watch some guide video on Youtube.
When you take the non-working analog stick from the joy con controller.
Please open the lock the black buckle first, and then use the tweezers to put the new analog stick cable head into the socket and . (Do not plug or unplug the cable head too many times. If too many times, it could hurt the analog stick cable )
After installation, please calibrate !!!!
