If you already turn on bluetooth on the phone, but still can not connected, show "connecting" or "No Device" on APP page, as following. Please try following steps.
Step1, slide down and find the entrance "Remove", as following:
Step2, after access "Remove", you'll see "Cancel" or "Confirm", please click and access"Confirm", as following:
Step3, the sentence "Bind device to experience more feattures" appear on the top, then click and access, as following:
Step4, after click to access the last step, you'll see the scanned device as following, then select yours and binded. Btw, if you'd like to change the binded device, also the above steps from "Remove", then step by step.
