Option 2: Upload your photos/videos to your Motion Frame at home. Simply plug in your Motion Frame to a Computer/Laptop and drag/drop your files onto the device (1,000 MB maximum storage).
If showed NO File on Screen, pls check: 1: If you put video into Video FOLDER, picture into PICTURE FOLDER.
2: Pls check your resolution is no more than 800*1080
Pls check your original video or picture, if too small resolution or not clear at your computer showed, than after load into our screen, will also not clear, so pls make sure the resolution and capactity be ok to display in right way.
