1.About Warranty
The product has Microsoft's one-year limited global warranty, which means you can get repair service from your local Microsoft authorized repair center for free due to product quality problems. Of course, you can also mail the products to us for repair, but in that scenario, you will have to pay the mail fees.
If the damage caused by your improper use of the product, you will have to pay for the repair.
2.About the return
If you do not use the product and not activate the device (we can check when it is activated), and the product box as well as the device are not damaged, you can return it to us in 7 days after you receive the product and we will return the money back to you. You can mail the product to our HK warehouse (you have to pay the mail fee yourself).
3.Who will pay for custom duty if necessary?
Our store price does not include any custom duty or VAT in your country. You may be charged custom duty for the goods purchased online, In that scenario, please declare the goods you purchased to your country's custom and pay the duty if necessary.
We normally declare the value of the goods according to the request by our logistic supplier so that the package can go easily through the boarder and custom.
