A2: It can be widely used in home, office,village,basement,factory, shopping mall,hotel etc. Every place where canreceive good signal at high place (at least 3 bar)
Q3:I bought some booster kit but have not been received for a long time.

Q4:I have received the package, but the box is wrinkled.
A4:Our warehouse staff carefully packaged and checked before shipping. The package is transported from China or local warehouse. Due to the long distance, the box maybe wrinkled when it is placed with other packages during transportation. Generally, it does not affect normal use.
Q5: Why my booster cannot receive signal?
Reason 1:
The input signal is weak (outdoor signal is weak), you need to install the external antenna at the position with good signal and make it point to the base station.
Reason 2:
The frequency you chose may not match your outdoor signal, if the frequency not match, the booster will not work, you can test your signal frequency to make sure what frequency you use in your area.
Q6: Why the booster full of signal but my phone signal still cannot be improved?
A6: If the isolation between the two antennas is not enough, they will interfere with each other, making the amplifier full of false signals but your phone signal cannot be improved.
That’s what we call self-oscillation, there should be a wall between the two antennas to isolate them,the vertical distance between two antennas should be at least 7 meters or more.
