It is the upgraded version of model: NTK059 from Neoteck headphone amp.
This Bluetooth headphone amplifier design is normally used to drive a headphone with a high impedance in 16-150 Ω . With two-stage Gain Switch, It can connect various audio players and mobile phones to process, amplify and output its audio signals.

For iphone, you are probably required to pair your phone with our headphone amplifier each time. Please follow below: Settings---Bluetooth---My Device, then click "Neoteck RX5.0" to pair.
