1. Why is the barometer of the coffee machine not turning? Why the extracted coffee has no oil and is not hot?
Solution: Please follow these steps:
① Use the coffee grinder to grind the coffee more finely.
②Make sure the amount of coffee powder is enough.
---For the single cup: it is suggested 12-14g
---For the double cups: it is suggested 18-20g
③Wait for the coffee machine to finish preheating before extracting.
2. Why the brewing head is blocked or overflows severely?
Solution: ①Clean the brewing head. Put the cleaning pad in the filter holder, lock the filter holder in the machine, and then press coffee botton to clean.
②Keep enough coffee powder for brewing, press the powder, and have it not exceed the holder edge.
Note: Please use ground coffee powder, but not instant coffee, otherwise the machine will be damaged.
