Warranty Terms

2. If the item is in your possession MORE THAN 7 Days, it is considered USED/Second-hand. We will ONLY offer REPLACEMENT service after we get your return item.


Replacement/Exchange:

We accept exchange/replace item within 7 days when buyer receive merchandise. Buyer should pay return shipping cost of all unwanted products and should return back in new, unused and uninstalled condition within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
