Q:
The product has arrived, but the battery does not seem to work properly. It turns on only after it is connected. Once the power is disconnected, the battery will go out as if there is no battery. What should I do?
A:
When ezcap273 and ezcap273A are fully charged, they can record for about 2 hours. The playback time is approximately 4 hours.
It is difficult to charge the battery during machine startup (most of the current is used to ensure normal operation). If you want to fully charge the battery, you need to turn off the battery and charge it (about 6 hours).
Therefore, if the power is cut off during use, the machine may not have excess power.
Usually, we charge some electricity for the capture card that just left the factory, but after a long period of time, it will naturally lose some electricity, and then many customers think that it can be charged during use, but it is not
Q:
On/off switch does not work - device is always ON and speaker makes “error” sound

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
