NOTE. When EXTEND mode enable, the Max bandwidth for the Power Link (PoE) port 1-8 network port will be reduced to 10Mbps for each one. Please check your IP CAMERA's bit stream setting. We recommend the value does not over 8Mbps(8192Kbps).
(The up-link is not affected, it will always working at 100Mbps max speed)

If you switch to the EXTEND mode, the Max allowable Network Cable length will increased to 250 meters. Then suggested buy 52V power adapter. This will avoids the power loss over the long distances, and will make sure the PoE IP Camera working.

802.3af (802.3at Type 1) PoE device, We suggest DC 48V power adapter.
802.3at Type 2 PoE+(plus) device, We suggest DC 52V power adapter.

If your camera is with word “12V/PoE” as this picture shows, then please select 48V(or 52V) Power Adapter, do not select 12V Power Adapter.
Because "12V/PoE" means it can offer power supply to camera via 12V DC port or 48V(or 52V) PoE Ethernet port:
This is an Passive Power Over Ethernet of 10 port 10 / 100Mbps-T Ethernet switches, including 8 unsolicited PoE Ethernet ports and 2 Uplink ports. DC port apply 12~55V power supply adapter(not included), any one of the 8 port can provide output power, each Ethernet port can provide network transmission speeds of up to 10 / 100Mbps , with Cat5 / 5e / 6 network cable.
This POE switch only support 10/100M connection, PoE ports do not support Gigabit ethernet connection, because "Power Link 1~8" port using 4,5,7,8 pin as power transfer, Please do not connect any "NONE PoE gigabit ethernet device and Uplink device" on "Power Link 1~8" port, this will damage your device.
The switch is 10 / 100mbps Ethernet Fast switch, if it connects to Gigabit ethernet Uplink device, you only can access "Up link" port, Please do not access "Power Link 1 ~ 8", this will damage your device.
