Android Music Player App Recommendation:
1. The music player that comes with the phone may not be able to bypass the built-in DAC(if it has) of the phone to use an external DAC, so we recommend that you use the HibyMusic player(free via Google Play) and enable Exclusive HQ USB audio access feature in the app settings.
2. When "Exclusive HQ USB audio access" feature is enabled in the HibyMusic app, the headset will not be able to answer calls.
Compatible Issues:
- According to the test, it may appear that the sound during a call can only be played through the built-in earpiece on Huawei and Honor phones, even if the headset is connected through this adapter.
- Huawei and Honor phones may have other unknown compatibility issues, but HibyMusic can work normally.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
