Q: What is the pre installed windows system ?
Both Pre Installed Win10 and Activated Win10 are official version.
Pre installed windows 10 works well. But it doesn't come with activation key. If you don't mind it, when it reminds you to activate the Windows, just ignore the tips.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
