AW1000 5g modem. The modem is powered by a power source, has a clean matte effect, and is a bit tall and short. In terms of functionality, you will receive standard features including four Ethernet LAN ports, one WAN port, one full-size USB port, dual band WiFi, and even support for WiFi 6. The AW1000 5G modem serves more as a consistent home connection rather than the hotspot nature of 5G Wi Fi Pro. Its framework is relatively high and square, making the modem feel that typical broadband networks often have. The Telstra 5g home modem is designed to make setting up 5g home internet connections as easy as possible. All it needs is the power supply and the location of the part that receives the strongest Telstra 5g signal at home. The modem relies on an easily understandable light based system to indicate the strength of 5G signals. There is also a 2.5GB WAN/LAN port, four Gigabit Ethernet ports, and a WPS button that can directly connect to compatible devices via WiFi. In order to improve local network speed, Telstra 5g home modems have built-in WiFi 6, which means that when connecting WiFi 6 devices to the fast potential of 5g internet, it will not become a bottleneck. It is also a dual band router, which means you can also utilize the faster 5GHz local WiFi frequency band and a longer range of 2.4GHz frequency bands.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
