You can retrieve your recorded audio files in two ways:
1. Using a USB Cable:
Connect the voice recorder directly to your PC via a USB cable to transfer the recording files to your computer. Please note, however, that we do not provide AI transcription services on the PC. This method is solely for transferring audio files from the recorder to the PC.
2. Using the Companion App:
Download the FoCase Rec app from the App Store or Google Play. After recording, keep the voice recorder powered on and in a non-recording state, connect it to the app. Through the app, you can wirelessly transfer the audio files from the recorder to your phone. Once the files are in the app, you can use features such as voice-to-text transcription, AI-generated summaries, Mind Map creation, file sharing, renaming, and more.

3. During peak times, transcription may require a short wait, but most files are processed within 2 minutes.
4. We support transcription for all major languages.
AI Summaries and Mind Maps:
1. AI summaries come with various templates tailored to different recording scenarios.
2. After generating a summary, the app will automatically create a descriptive title to help you quickly locate the desired file.
3. The AI summary feature is included with your voice recorder purchase, no additional payment required.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
