Reason: Ink cartridge didn't install well or contactor dirty.
 
Solution:
 
Step 1. Take off the ink cartridge and re-install it. If issue still exist go ahead step 2 
Step 2. Cleaning the ink cartridge and printer contactor with eraser or alcohol cotton swab.
Like picture 1 to 3, then install the ink cartridge again.

1)There is air under the sponge in ink cartridge.
2) Printer head clog during long time delivery.
3) The protect film adhesive clog the printer head.
 
Solution:
 
1) Shank the ink cartridge gently.
2) Suck ink with tissue like the picture 4.

Normally, this issue come from teh tri-color ink cartridge. Ink flow out after tear
off the protect film. Users didn't clean it before install it.
 
Solution:
 
Clean and test the printer head(tri-color) with tissue like the picture 4, until 3
colors separately on tissue.

It is not a quality problem! This is because the cartridges are remanufactured,there are chips inside the original cartridges to record how many pages were printed and they cannot be reset. As a result the printer reads the chips and tells that the cartridges are empty, even the cartridge are full.
 
Solution:
 
lgnore it and press"OK" or "Continual" button to go ahead printing.
