Before purchasing this product, please make sure that your current SIM card signal frequency。 Band 8 (900mhz), Band 3 (1800mhz), Band 1 (2100mhz)
And confirm that the equipment installation location has Band 8 (900mhz), Band 3 (1800mhz), Band 1 (2100mhz) signal (PS: make sure that the outdoor mobile phone signal has at least 3 signal levels or more).
Because if the frequency is not matched or the outdoor signal source is weak, the device may not work.

Q1: How to choose correct frequency band?
A1:Frequency doesn't match, it will not work.Here is the way to check frequency:
1)Go outside and find a place(roof) that can receive good signal.And choose phone's network type 2G/3G/4G which you want to improve;

Q2:Working principle?
A2:Outdoor antenna receive signal from basic tower,booster receive the signal,amplify it, and serves as a reply between your phone and signal tower, your phone's signal improve.So,outdoor signal need to be good enough(at least catch 2-3 signal bars,-75 to -80db around),put outdoor antenna in agood signal place and towards the basic tower.
Please install the amplifier in an indoor enclosed space(Very important)

Installation steps:
1. Fix the reception of the roof outdoor antenna or the high place and the turn signal point.
2. Connect the external antenna to repeater machine '' BTS '' port via cable.
3. Connect indoor antenna to repeater '' MOBILE '' port.
4. AC plug power cord into the power source and finished.
5. TIP: An outdoor antenna should be "isolated" from the internal antenna, that is, it must be constructive obstacles (walls, partitions, etc.) between the antennas.
