Q: Why does the dishwasher only have two rubber rear feet instead of four after receiving it?
A:1. The baffle support has been added in the design of the front of the base, so there is no need to use rubber pads;
2. After adding a rubber pad in the front, the center of gravity moves backward, and there is a risk of leaning forward when pulling a full basket
Q: Is it normal that there is residual water under the filter after washing?
A:1. Normal phenomenon. Dishwasher drainage system adopts anti-siphon structure design to prevent water from draining through the drain pipe during normal washing, so it will remain here after washing;
2. After the product is washed, all the remaining water in the water tank is discharged, and the remaining water in the pipeline is relatively clean;
3. The machine is designed with odor removal function and super long ventilation, so there is no need to worry about moist bacteria breeding;
4. The water seal of the drainage tank can prevent the peculiar smell in the drainage pipe or sewer from entering the inside of the machine.
Q: Why can't it be cleaned?
A: As long as you use the dishwasher in the correct way, you can achieve good washing results:
1. Choose the correct program. For severe stains, standard/strong wash, etc. should be selected;
2. Place the tableware correctly. Leave a certain gap between the tableware, put it on its side, and tilt the concave surface downward;
3. Use appropriate amount of washing consumables. Be sure to put in the appropriate amount of washing consumables according to the procedure to decompose the oil;
4. Avoid uncomfortable scenes. It is recommended to wash the pan, custard and other hand-washing very well.
Q: Why is there still water after washing the tableware/inner wall?
A:1. The dishwasher will automatically enter the drying program after washing, please do not stop working in advance;
2. If the tableware is not placed correctly, it is easy to accumulate water, please ensure that the tableware is placed correctly;
3. After all procedures are over, the tableware should be taken out in time to prevent the second condensation of water vapor in the machine;
4. After washing, water droplets on the walls of the machine are normal physical phenomena
Q: Can I wash it with dish soap?
A: No. Daily hand-washing consumables such as detergent are products that are prone to foaming, which may block the pipeline and cause the machine to malfunction. Dishwashers generally use special consumables such as dishwashing powder or dishwashing blocks to decompose oil stains.
Q: Why is there a white film on the tableware after washing?
1. It is not advisable to put too much dishwashing powder. The amount should be adjusted appropriately according to the number of tableware and the degree of soiling.
2. The water quality in some areas is relatively hard, and it is easy to produce scale. You can add a small amount of white vinegar or sodium citrate to remove the scale while pouring the dishwashing powder.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
