1. Why can't the computer detect the hard drive?
It may be that the hard drive connection is loose due to collision during packaging and transportation. If your computer cannot detect the hard drive, please check whether the hard drive is connected properly and whether the hard drive interface is damaged.
2. Why can't some games be opened?
Because the content of this product is very rich, we cannot list the games one by one. Please understand that some game files may be missing.
3. Why does the system pop-up window appear when opening the game and cannot enter the game?
If this problem occurs, please check the technical folder on the hard drive for relevant solutions.
4. What kind of controller can I use?
We recommend that you use a PC universal controller instead of a console-specific controller, which may not work properly.
5. What is the difference between this product and the Hyperspin 12T hard drive?
