1. About warranty
We provide 6 months warranty for the phone if the problem is not caused by artificial damage or improper use.All accessories are not in the warranty range.But we offer no guarantee if the customer turns off the phone, ruin the phone or repair it without approval. We will test it can work well before shipping. If there is any problem when you receive it. Please don't do anything with it, but contact with us first.Please show both the IMEI and the phone’s problem clearly in one video.
2. About clearance
Cntronic Standard Shipping is the free shipping, you don't need to pay for the freight fees, but it does not include any customs clearance fees and tax. The customs tax is randomly charged by your country customs.If your parcel is hold by your customs, you might need to contact with your customs to make the customs clearance. We can provide the commercial invoice needed for the clearance.
If you failed to do the clearance in time.Normally the parcel will be returned (It can be tracked on the order's tracking number info).we can resend the parcel for free when we received the returned parcel.

Please open the parcel in post officer's presence,If the parcel damaged or empty(stolen),please ask the post office to provide official document,especially the claim request paper.and take a complete unpacking video and weight video for everything.
